Early 2020, we will be organizing an international symposium (2 days) about ‘Cultural Aspects of Mental Health Treatments’ in The Netherlands. It will be the first in a range international symposiums about this topic across Europe and UK.

Philomena Essed, Indra Boedjarath (psychotherapist), Ronald May (Psychiatrist), Glenn Helberg (Psychiatrist), Kitty Riedewald (Psychiatrist), Nel Jessurun (Systemic Psychotherapist), Kitlyn Tjin a Djie (Systemic Therapist), Karen Carberry (Family Therapist), Wedell Lionarons (psychiatrist), Annet Spijker (PsyQ), Cristina Vellinga (NIP) and Audrey van Schaik (Kennemerhart) to the committee of ambassadors. We are keen to also partner with international experts and organizations. Involvement of a number of international researchers from UK, France, Germany and USA is pending.
